Traineeship Opportunities

Through our established Trainee Program, our experts guide trainees through one-on-one mentoring that optimises development opportunities and provides practical, on the job learning. Trainees are given the opportunity to learn using the latest technology, including AutoCAD, GPS Satellite Equipment and 3D Scanning and Modelling, while working on top-tier projects.
Balpara’s dedication to excellence and compliance also sees us assist trainees in obtaining relevant industry accreditations, which lay strong foundations for their future career.
