What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead and manage plant maintenance plans and forward work programs
- Analyse asset performance and conduct root cause analysis of failures
- Monitor asset condition data to identify trends, risks and improvement opportunities
- Oversee maintenance activities and projects, ensuring safety, compliance, time and cost requirements are met
- Work closely with field teams, engineers, operations and client stakeholders to coordinate maintenance activities
- Identify and implement process improvements to optimise asset performance
- Degree in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of industry maintenance practices and safety standards
- Experience leading maintenance programs, projects or initiatives
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- A proactive, safety-focused mindset with a passion for continuous improvement
