Balpara has been a chosen engineering consultancy for councils and local governments across Australia for decades. We currently work with all Victorian Utilities, are VEDN approved and VicRoads accredited to work on both major projects and those on a smaller scale. Balpara is ISO 9001 certified and holds a very high PM2 performance rating.

Our team can provide strategic project planning guidance to ensure smooth project delivery, followed by technical designs and project implementation, depending on your council requirements. As part of our HSE, Balpara works alongside our clients to minimise the environmental impact of project work, helping councils achieve green initiatives through solar lighting and solar alternative energy solutions that benefit communities. We can also provide alternative solutions when off-grid power is required, and mitigate crime hot spots through appropriate engineering solutions.
