What You’ll Deliver:
- Coordinate and oversee documents and customer correspondences including invoicing, reporting and administration.
- Assist in the development of project documents.
- Retrieve technical drawings and share with relevant customers.
- Foster strong relations with customers for ongoing success.
- Ensure all projects comply with customer standards and are completed according to Australian Standards.
Skills and Experience:
- Prior experience in business admin or customer service
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to provide solutions.
- Ability to multitask and handle requests whilst maintaining excellent customer service.
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong administrative and time management skills.
- Ability to work in a team.
