Balpara was engaged to provide site detailing and drafting for this real estate development in Eastern Victoria. 


Project Overview


The Fairways is part of the Drouin Golf Course Development in West Gippsland and is located adjacent to the Drouin Golf and Country Club. Balpara has provided VEDN detailing and drafting services for each stage of the development. Balpara commenced on the project from Stage 1, has just submitted works for Stage 3, and is continuing further works for the fourth and fifth stages. 


Project Scope


  • Providing VEDN greenfield estate detailing using the latest software and capture points to the exact millimetre 
  • Drafting a detailed plan of all electrical asset locations to create a mirror image to match site works 
  • Communicating with client and identify any potential non-conformances prior to trench backfill to ensure AusNet standards are met
